Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour, size, and appearance may occur due to the artisanal nature of our products.

3. Ordering & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance - acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

We may refuse or cancel orders if products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver frozen products throughout the UK. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout and vary by location.

Products are shipped frozen with appropriate packaging to maintain temperature during transit. You must be available to receive delivery and immediately transfer products to a freezer.

If you are not available at the delivery address, the courier may leave the package in a safe place or return it to the depot. We are not responsible for products that thaw due to delayed collection after delivery attempt.

6. Product Safety & Storage

Our products are blast-frozen and must be kept frozen until ready to use. Once defrosted, sausages should be consumed within 3 days and must not be refrozen.

It is your responsibility to store products correctly upon receipt. We cannot accept liability for products that have been improperly stored.

Always cook sausages thoroughly until no pink meat remains and juices run clear.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of perishable products. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information about damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory products.

8. Allergens & Dietary Information

Product descriptions include ingredient information. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please review product details carefully before ordering.

Our products are prepared in a facility that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and mustard. Cross-contamination may occur.

We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Butchers Block shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
