Due to the perishable nature of our frozen meat products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately and no longer than 24 hours of delivery with:

If your sausages arrive thawed or above safe temperature due to delivery delays or packaging failure, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement.
If you're not satisfied with the quality, taste, or freshness of our products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos and will work with you to resolve the issue through refund or replacement.
